A Gong Sound Bath is a therapeutic sound practice where participants can lay down or recline and relax as the sounds and vibrations from the gongs wash over them.

This is an immersive experience with the intention to induce deep relaxation
Help reduce/release stress and tension
Promote inner peace and heighten awareness

We would like to thanks those who made it to the full moon Gong sound bath and to Seascape for a lovely venue. Unfortunately we did get to see the eclipse of the moon but the sunset was spectacular.
