Due to unprecedented demand we are recruiting at Allways Care. We are looking for caring, compassionate, reliable people to support our clients in the community in and around the Skegness area. Successful applicants will receive full training, an excellent rate of pay plus other benefits. We also provide company bikes for people who do not drive. We wish all our clients a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. We will be working throughout the Christmas period providing help and support in and around Skegness. Our office will be closed until Tuesday the 28th December however the usual contacts are available for emergencies.

A big thank you to all of our staff members who have worked incredibly hard this year to keep everybody safe. The precautions taken this year have resulted in no positive covid cases for us. An unbelievable achievement. Well done all.

As shops and businesses begin to reopen and tourists start to come back to visit the coast we are even more aware of the need to practice heightened infection control measures. During the last three months all staff members at Allways Care have been following ever evolving guidance from both local and national government agencies. Every member of staff has been provided with an abundance of protective equipment over and above our usual PPE. Everybody at Allways Care have worked extremely hard to keep our clients safe and I’m pleased to say we have had no cases of Covid-19. We look forward to welcoming back clients who have been advised to shield for their own protection. Thank you for all of your messages of support. It means a great deal to us all and we will continue to work hard in providing safe care and support to some of the most vulnerable in our local community.

We always aim to meet your requested visit times and are taking steps to factor in traffic conditions when allocating staff members to each individual client.

Normal visit times may vary though as we prioritise those with time dependent needs (medication, hospital appointments, lone clients with no family close by etc).
