Willow Tree Holistic Therapy Willow Tree Holistic Therapy has taken time out and is now offering services focusing on 1:1 reiki and crystal healing sessions and various group workshops.

Reiki is Japanese for 'Universal Life Energy', and it is the word used to describe a system of natural healing. It is a form of hands-on healing, in which energy is drawn from the Universe and sent through the palms of the hands to achieve a rebalancing force, promote healing and well-being and to alleviate stress.

Just had the most amazing childrens workshops with my Yr2-Yr5s and my Yr6-Yr8s, exploring feelings, emotions and things that make us smile. We start with our body scan to connect with our bodies and clear our minds then end with a beautiful guided visualisation/meditation. I love how they connect into the energy of the workshop and leave in a state of calm and relaxation. Feel truly blessed to be running these sessions. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
