Innershell operates in the area of Redcar & Cleveland - Saltburn by the Sea

John is a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and has many years of experience, particularly working with young people at the Doorways Project Saltburn. My motivation to achieve is focused on enabling others. The greatest buzz I could feel, is in sharing a moment of change, first dreamed of but then uncovered through NLP Life Coaching. There is a certain magic about finding something you thought was lost, or forever out of reach; overcoming your darkness, whatever shape that might be – becoming the real you. Your potential to achieve is already there and is unlocked when we find the motivation. Beginning to believe in this potential sparks the motivation, and so the amazing journey begins. What is on your map, a destination you would like to arrive at? How would you know when you had got there? NLP Life Coaching is like a journey planner, and it is good to have a travelling companion.
