Conscious connected Breathwork sessions every third Sunday ✨ 🥰

In last Sundays session we focused on what sensations we wanted to embody more of. Feeling into the spring and our own becoming. 🌸🌱

Conscious connected breath is a practice that navigates the emotional intelligence and sensations of the body and is often used for release of stagnant energy. But it can also be used as a compass to our joy, our peace, love and creativity.

With an intention we can ask the body what we need and want to cultivate more of. Whether that be strength, peace, the fire we need to put under a project or any other sensation, the body will let you know.

Life is received through our sensations and emotional body so it’s important to become aware of it.

Spirit is in a continuous ebb and flow, it’s ever changing, What we need one day is different to the next. Our spirit changes day to day. What the world needed once has changed. It used to thrive in mythology and pagan gods, then it needed the one god with teachings of compassion and forgiveness. Now we need embodiment, connection to earth and so ancient ways return. And each day we can employ a new philosophy, use a different method and not feel guilty that the old one doesn’t work for us anymore.

That’s the beauty of today, there isn’t one way. Spirit / energy doesn’t stop evolving. It’s a realm of potential, the subconscious, the possible and creation itself. It can never be fully explored as it never stops becoming new. And neither do we.

What spiritual practice requires is less rigidity, more curiosity, surrender and an endless willingness to listen and learn without judging where we have been or where others are as right or wrong.

I’ve read books that changed my life that give me nothing when I try to read them again now. Practices and beliefs that once anchored me just don’t work anymore. Some come back round full circle and some don’t. I’ve discarded practices that I later felt wrong for once believing in, only for them to come back full swing and reignite connection like old comfy friends. The beauty is in non attachment. Having new experiences, new wisdom, teachings and exploring yet more pieces of me and the universe in new enlightening ways. And also honoring all parts of the journey thus far, it all served.

Can you tune in to your own spirit and let go of the ideologies that once served you gratefully even if only for this moment. Can you sense that what others need is different from what you need? That there is more than one way? Millions of paths and new ones being created with each new brave soul going their own way. What does your spirit need today?

A few weeks i had the privilege of holding a closing ceremony for Grace, honoring the completion of her twelve-month breathwork facilitation journey.

Wow!

Grace's medicine is truly sacred and pure.

Her offerings are birthed from deep within her soul, completely unforced, authentic and alive. She is joyful, courageous humble and wise and embodies the breath as a divine intelligence, as spirit, and as a living bridge between all living things.

Our paths have been interwoven long before this training, rooted in sisterhood and love, and from the glorious lightworker days of lockdown.

Grace has supported my own path as a mentor and deepened me into my truth that there is no separation between teacher and student. That we are all showing up with wisdom to be shared. All learning from each other, walking side by side, and continually returning deeper into our own unique medicine.

This is how I wish and choose to lead, again and again, and again.

We closed this chapter of the journey together in the sacred unfolding of ceremony; honoring what has been integrated, what has been remembered, and what now continues to live and breathe through her work in the world. I'm so excited for what is to come.

There have been quite a few enquiries about the monthly class I run called imaginatively - intuitive development class. 😅 there were a few new people started in Jan and so we are looking full at the moment and can only fit so many in 🥲 however I have a wait list going and from April If people still want to join I will be putting on another monthly class so those on the wait list can come every month too 🙌

We have a great time in this class and practice all sorts of intuitive and spiritual techniques🪄🧚‍♀️ we have fun but these tools are a benefit for a foundation to build a practice for your own rituals to gain inner peace, sanctuary, direction and spiritual health.

Last session we mostly focused on energy transmission, what that is, what that means and how to do it. It was very insightful and very beautiful 💚

I teach through practice, practical lessons and the group work together. ✨

And that’s a wrap! 🥰 the closing ceremony was held today for my 400 hour trauma informed breathwork facilitation training.

The ceremony was incredible but so has the last year been. Just over a year ago I had a 1:1 breathwork session with Vicky and it changed my life. Not even exaggerating! The session literally initiated a cycle of growth that has led me home. To embodiment and courage.

After that initial session I joined an 8 week container with Vicky (a journey through the chakras) just wow! And then I knew I wanted to do this all the time and offer this extraordinary practice to others. So the gorgeous Vicky became my mentor. A teacher with the renowned school , so I was also part of a huge international community.

I can’t explain all of my journey or how much I have grown in a post, and I haven’t fully processed most of it yet. But I can say without a doubt that I have felt incredibly held, supported and guided with loving compassion and very informed knowledge. Vicky and all the people/ teachers/ guides are very passionate about breathwork and I have always felt in the best hands to receive the most well informed and up to date information regarding this practice.

I can’t thank Vicky enough but being such a wonderful teacher and sharing her medicine, her warmth and light ✨💖 Love you Vicky and thank you 🙏🏻

In my recent blog for I wrote about what I had been exploring in my practice lately. Accessing my akashic records through the breath. My most profound experience wasn’t even through conscious connected breath but just a gentle coherence (in and out through the nose, equal length, no pauses) the energetic Information received much more profound through felt sense then stories or sagas.

Describing the akashic records is like being asked to describe history. It’s too huge to be specific. It’s a one sentence answer at best. “The akashic records is the energetic library of everything that has ever happened.” History is the physically recorded memories of everything that has ever happened and been written down.

The energetic history of ourselves is in our DNA, or cells and throughout our entire body and also written throughout the fabric of the entire universe.

When I read the akashic records I go for the fabric of the universe as my source. The library I frequent is in this. I leave my body through creating a deep ceremony. The deepest meditations I have are through this portal. This is how I was taught and others before, besides and after me.

This makes sense when being invited to read by others, their history is not written in my DNA. I have no choice but to leave my own self to fully embody their unique journey throughout time.

I did wonder though if I could train myself to access my own records using my breath. Combining these two modalities breathing deeply with intention into my own history. Through my ancestry, through my past lives and connect deeply to my soul and its characteristics.

We who practice breathing practices with Intention and are interested in these things probably understand that we can do this, but I wanted to make it more specific. To the akashic records specifically. To open the door to that higher perspective within the body and journey through the library of my being.
