CLINIC AVAILABILITY 💚

We have our first clinic of 2026 today 🎉. Our next date with available space for autism assessments is the 27th March, with some space for ADHD assessments sooner. Just a reminder about the process: 👇🏻

1️⃣ Screening to see if autism, ADHD, OCD, PDA and other mental health problems are indicated
2️⃣ If autism/ADHD is indicated we offer a developmental history assessment and begin to gather additional information through school and informant reports.
3️⃣ The child/adult attends a clinic day for the interactive assessment

Our assessments are completed by fully qualified HCPC registered practitioners and follow NICE & NHS guidelines. We also only offer an affirming process that helps you better understand who you are from a strengths-based perspective 🙌🏻

Unlike larger clinics we don’t see hundreds of people, we don’t have contracts with specific deadlines to meet and therefore we can take the time to really get to know you/your child. We spend a VERY long time better understanding your experience and then writing a detailed report with recommendations. You’ll never feel rushed but you will be supported every step of the way and be able to speak to someone directly without waiting weeks for a reply. IT’S CHRISTMAS 🎄

A little gift for our lovely therapists this week, out with the old and in with the new 💚

It still blows my mind that this little business started as just me and now we have 7 therapists, 3 SALT’s, 1 admin assistant and 2 Psychologists. Forever grateful to have such a WONDERFUL team ✨

Our final 2025 clinics for both Child and Adult Autism & ADHD assessments are fully booked! We are now planning our 2026 clinics with some slots for January already taken. Any neurodiversity assessment has three parts:

1️⃣ Screening to see if autism, ADHD, OCD, PDA and other mental health problems are indicated
2️⃣ If autism/ADHD is indicated we offer a developmental history assessment and begin to gather additional information through school and informant reports.
3️⃣ The child/adult attends a clinic day for the interactive assessment

MENS MENTAL HEALTH MONTH 💚

The statistics around men’s mental health are SHOCKING. There is sadly still a stigma about accessing mental heath support for men, which results in them feeling isolated and unable to cope. Statistics suggest that men are more likely to die by su***de and alcohol-related diseases than women 😔

Mens mental health month is all about raising awareness, starting conversations and changing the landscape for accessing mental health support 🤞🏻

Regardless of gender, we ALL need support at points in our life and it’s okay to ask for help ✨

WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2025 🌍💚

We are always celebrating and championing mental health but today is especially important to raise awareness and start conversations 🗣️

Mental health is EQUALLY as important as physical health and looking after your mind is just as important as your body. We hope the stigma will continue to be challenged and people will be able to access timely mental health support when they need it ✨

There is no weakness in admitting you need some help, reach out to a friend, family member or someone you trust. If you need support from a professional, we’re ready to help! 🙌🏻
