Do you ever take a photo when on holiday and vow that when things are rushed and stressful at home you will cast your mind back to the relaxing feelings you had when taking the photo? Does it ever work?
Are you finding it hard to switch off in an evening after a busy day? Maybe you reach for a glass of wine to help?
Well, I have another solution…
I am offering a four week relaxation, meditation and reiki course on Tuesday 18th, 25th November and the 2nd and 9th December 7 o’clock until 8 o’clock at my treatment room in CrossHills and Glusburn. We will look at different techniques to switch off, calm the mind and allow relaxation. We will finish the session with a calming meditation and reiki.
It’s £10 a session with a 10% saving if you book all four sessions at once.
