💥 Teen fitness holiday club is back!💥

The teens will learn how to safely use the gym and then put it to practice over 3 days of strength & conditioning training.

They will also learn all about the Hyrox fitness race, including a full run through on the final day.

Next month to celebrate the gym turning 3 we are having a charity Hyrox mixed relay!

Names have been drawn out of a hat, we have 10 teams of 4 battling it out to get through the Hyrox fitness race in a relay style event!

It’s going to be fast paced madness, looking at the teams it really is impossible to pick a winner, all are in with a chance.

Fancy a laugh, a beer, a piece of cake, come over on the day to cheer the teams on.

Teaming up with Skipton Step Into Action, All the entry money and cake/beer sales goes to this amazing organisation 🫡

New timetable

Imagine going to the gym and always having a coach available to help, and not just any old PT, a legend at that 😎

We have upped the amount of options you have during an evening. You can now choose exactly how you would like to train.

During evening hours on Mon & Wed you can now pick between multiple different full body workouts, just train legs, work on the atlas stones or simply plan your own session. All with full guidance from a coach. There’s also an engine builder option for those wanting more of an aerobic cardio session.

Tuesday and Thursday is all about interval training

Friday is strength

Outside the manned gym hours you can use the gym how you want, often having the place to yourself, truly is a premium experience.

Please note, It’s probably going to be harder but more structured than what you currently do, but that’s how we make the gains 🫡

HYROX Youngstars – Week 1 Recap 💥

We’ve had a brilliant first week with the boys and girls getting fully up to speed on what a HYROX fitness race is all about — and, just as importantly, how to use the equipment safely and correctly.

Day 1 🏁
A full HYROX event breakdown, giving everyone plenty of hands-on time with the movements and stations.
We wrapped things up with a fun interval-style workout to put learning into action.

Day 2 ⚡
A quick recap, then straight into an aerobic engine builder session.
After lunch, we focused on strength training, teaching the fundamentals of proper weight training technique.

Day 3 🔥
A full HYROX simulation — bringing everything together and putting it into practice exactly how they would in an official event.

Week 2 due to start on Monday 29th with a few places left
