Keep warm. Stay well this winter
When the temperature drops, it’s more than just uncomfortable – cold homes can impact your health. Make sure the rooms you spend time in are heated to at least 18 °C, reduce draughts and wear several thin layers rather than one thick jumper

Christmas is a joyful time, but we know it can also be a difficult one for some families.
To spread a bit of comfort this year, we’re giving a £50 Christmas Kindness Gift to someone in our community who might need a little extra support.

If you know someone — a neighbour, friend, carer, parent, or anyone who could do with a helping hand — you can nominate them using the private form below.
