🎉 2026 marks our 30th birthday year 🎉

As we look ahead, we’re so excited to welcome back friends of old, meet new guests, and continue deeper, more meaningful conversations about accessibility, inclusion, and how we can keep making our space and local area better for everyone.
There will be lots of ways to celebrate with us this year, and plenty of chances to get involved… so 👀 watch this space!

✨ Help Us Share the Beamsley Story 30 years with many plans to come.. ✨
We would love to share with others the difference a stay at Beamsley can make.
If you or someone you support has enjoyed a holiday with us, we’d be delighted if you could share your experience in a way that works best for you.
This could be:
📹 A short video, or
✍️ A written message
You might like to share something you did for the first time and how it made you feel, or any other experiences that were meaningful to you.
Some ideas to help prompt your story (but don’t feel limited to these!):
A new skill you learned or confidence you gained
What it meant to stay away from home
An experience you hadn’t had before
Your stories will help us show the positive impact Beamsley has had on people’s lives over the years. They may be used across our website, social media, newsletters, promotional materials, and at events, including our upcoming 30th birthday celebrations.
📩 Please send your video or message via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp on 07917 248476.
🔐 GDPR Notice:
By sending us your video or message, you are giving permission for it to be used by The Beamsley Project Charitable Trust in marketing, communications, and promotional materials. Please ensure anyone appearing in your video is aware and has given their consent.

A big thank you to the Merseyside Thursday Club for this lovely Christmas card.
Your long-standing support of the Beamsley Project means so much to us, and it really brought a smile to our faces. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back again next year.
At this time of year, whatever your faith or beliefs, we can all share the value of reaching out. A message, call or card to someone who may be on their own or has had a tough year can make a real difference. If we each reached out to just one or two people this Christmas, imagine the impact. Who will you reach out to? Let us know if you reach out to anyone

🌟 Do a Good Deed This Christmas — and It Won’t Cost You a Penny! 🌟
We’re asking our wonderful supporters to nominate the Beamsley Project for the Benefact Group’s Movement for Good Awards. It’s completely free, takes only a minute, and could make a huge difference to the people we support.
A £1,000 award would help us:
✨ Keep our essential equipment up to date
✨ Provide bursary places so children who would otherwise miss out can enjoy a much-needed holiday
For many of the children and families we welcome, a break at the Beamsley Project is something truly special — and your nomination could help make that possible.
💛 Please nominate us today — and help spread a little extra kindness this Christmas!
👉 Once you've nominated, please comment to let us know — it really helps boost our online visibility.
👉 And please share this post with your networks so even more people can support our cause.
Thank you for your kindness and support — it means the world to us. 🎄✨

A huge thank you to Helen and Craven Disability Forum for organising the very first Brew and a Biccie event! ☕🍪
It was wonderful to see so many friendly faces who make up the Craven Disability Forum, as well as meet some new ones.
A special thank you also to Claire, Morrisons Skipton Community Champion, for providing the excellent coffee and biscuits — they were very much appreciated!
We’re already looking forward to the next Brew and a Biccie in the new year.
If you’re local, the next full Craven Disability Forum meeting is coming up soon:
