🎉 Sponsorship Opportunity – Balloon Arch for Our 30th Birthday Fun Day! 🎉
The Beamsley Project Charitable Trust is excited to be celebrating our 30th Birthday Fun Day on Saturday 11th July 2026, and we’re currently looking for a kind sponsor to help make the day extra special.
We are hoping to find someone to design and create a balloon arch, which will be used as a vibrant backdrop for the event and for our photo opportunities throughout the day.
We are also thrilled to share that Jo Duttine from Coronation Street will be joining us on the day. He has very kindly offered his time for a special slot for photos and autographs, which we know will be a real highlight for everyone attending!

🎉 Stall Holders Wanted – Fun Day at Beamsley Project Charitable Trust! 🎉
We’re excited to invite stall holders to join us for our special Fun Day celebrating 30 years of the Beamsley Project Charitable Trust at the beautiful Bolton Abbey!
📍 Location: Beamsley Project Charitable Trust, Bolton Abbey
🏡 Hosted by: Beamsley Project Charitable Trust
Date: Saturday 11th July 2026
Time: 10am until 4pm
💷 Stall fee: £15 per table
🛍️ One stall per product type (to ensure a great variety for visitors)
🛡️ Important requirement: All stall holders must hold valid public liability insurance and may be asked to provide proof of cover when booking.
🎁 As this is a charity fundraising event, we kindly ask each stall holder, if possible, to contribute a small item or gift towards our charity raffle. Your generosity is greatly appreciated and helps make the day even more special for everyone involved.
This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the local community, and be part of a joyful celebration marking 30 years of our work.

📣 Donation Request – Filing Cupboard Needed 📣
Hi everyone 😊
I’m reaching out on behalf of the Beamsley Project Charitable Trust at Bolton Abbey.
We’re currently looking for a lockable filing cupboard (similar to the one in the picture attached) that anyone in the local area may no longer need. If you have one sitting unused and would be happy to donate it, it would be hugely appreciated and put to great use supporting our work.
We’re happy to arrange collection if needed, so it can be easily rehomed.

Another of our wonderful trustees is part of our 30 for 30 Challenge! 🎉🧶
Diane is completing a sponsored “Woolathon”, where she’ll be knitting and crocheting at least 30 handmade items — including hats, tea cosies, Christmas baubles and beautiful flower brooches — all to celebrate 30 years of the Beamsley Project.
