Home Care

Just Ask is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary care provider. Your care requirements are very important to us and we want to help you live safely and comfortably in your own home. Whether you need help to get up, wash and dress every day or assistance with a shower several times a week we are happy to help. We can also help you to take part in the activities you enjoy or simply to go shopping. We can prepare a freshly cooked meal, assist with your medication and be there at the end of the day to help you get ready for bed too. We recognise that choosing a home care provider is a very important decision. We understand that everyone is an individual and has different needs. At Just Ask we will listen to those needs and work hard to put together a support plan that you are happy with. Our company ethos is to treat our service users with the same degree of respect and dignity that we would expect for a member of our own family. Our core values are respect, compassion, empathy, dignity, integrity and imagination. We work hard to uphold these values and to put our service users at the very centre of what we do.

TOP 20 AWARD (2025) - for Yorkshire and the Humber

At Just Ask Care and Support, we are very proud to have been awarded the prestigious Top20 Award for Yorkshire and the Humber. Winning the Top20 Award this year as well as in two of the three previous years, reflects Just Ask's consistency in providing the highest levels of support.

Just Ask's mission statement is: "to provide a level of care that we would be happy for a family member to receive." Consequently, it is unsurprising that so many family members of those supported by Just Ask have stated that the carers feel like an extension of their own family because of their caring approach, dedication, empathy and the commitment to going above and beyond.
