Flow & Restore Yoga 🧘🧘♀️
If you’ve been looking for movement that both strengthens and restores, this practice is for you.
A calm yet energising blend of mindful flow and supported Yin. We move with the breath to build strength, balance and focus ,then settle into stillness to release tension, support joints and calm the nervous system.
Over 5 weeks, we gently progress through:
• Reset & Reconnect
• Strength from Centre
• Lower Body & Stability
• Upper Body & Resilience
• Recovery, Rebalance & Restore (Full Yin)
Ideal for active bodies, and those who want to move well for the long term.
Suitable for all levels, with space to move at your own pace in a small, supportive group.
