Want to try sound therapy but are worried about coming on your own, or want to experience it with friends?

I offer small group sessions for up to 3 people, so you can come with a friend, partner, or family member and experience it together.

It’s the same calm, supportive space, but shared. You still get time to properly switch off, just without having to do it solo.

If that feels like an easier way to try it, just drop me a message or book via the link in bio 💛

Just a little reminder that vouchers are always available if you’re looking to gift something a bit different.

They can be used for massage or sound treatments, so they’re a really lovely option if you want to give someone time to properly slow down and be looked after.

If you’d like one, just pop me an email at nurturingtouchbookings@gmail.com , and I’ll get it sorted for you 🤍

The body communicates all the time through tightness, fatigue, headaches, restlessness, or feeling “off", and most of the time, it's screaming at you to rest. 💆‍♀️

Listening doesn't mean making huge changes overnight, but it can mean resting sooner, slowing things down, asking for help, or choosing some self-care before your overall health takes a hit.

Paying attention to your body, how it feels and what it needs is a form of care, and listening to it is just taking it that one step further before it gets worse.

If you would like a massage or sound therapy to help you relax, breathe, and rejuvenate, just head to the link in my bio. I would love to support you. 🌱

Some days you’ve got energy, and others you barely have any. 💤

That's for a number of different reasons - sleep, routine, stress, time of year, health… it all plays a part.

Trying to keep the same pace every day doesn’t always work, and all you can do is meet yourself where you are.

So this is your reminder that it's okay not to be go, go, go all the time, and it's okay to rest, too.

✨ If you'd like some extra TLC to help you rest, just head to https://calendly.com/nurturingtouchbookings to book a massage or sound therapy session, and I'd love to help.

Did you know that massage and sound offer two different ways to support the body?

But they often work towards the same thing.

💆🏻‍♀️ Massage focuses on the physical side: releasing tension, easing tightness, and helping the body soften.

🎶 Sound works more with the nervous system: creating space to slow down, switch off, and settle.

Some people prefer one over the other, and some find the combination works best.

There’s no right choice; it depends on what your body needs at the time.

Bookings available via https://calendly.com/nurturingtouchbookings 🌿

Did you know? As the weather starts to get warmer, it's not just the seasons that change. Your body changes, too.

Energy levels change, routines adjust, and sometimes tension or tiredness shows up out of the blue because seasonal transitions can take a bit of time for us to settle into.

Massage and sound can be a gentle way to support your body through that shift, helping you slow down, release tension, and recalibrate.

So if you'd like some downtime - head to the link in my bio. 🥰

5 reasons you should absolutely book in for a massage with Nurturing Touch!

Here they are:

1️⃣ To release built-up tension
A lot of us carry stress in our bodies without realising, especially in our shoulders, backs, and jaws.

2️⃣ To properly switch off
Time where you don’t need to think, plan, or do anything.

3️⃣ To support your nervous system
Massage can help move your body out of “go mode” and into a more relaxed state.

4️⃣ To ease aches and discomfort
Be it from daily life, work, or posture, small niggles can build up over time.

5️⃣ To give yourself time
Not as a reward, but because it should be a part of your long-term self-care plan.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this might be your sign - link to book is in my bio. 😍

A gentle reminder to slow things down where you can, this weekend. 🌿

Time with family, getting outside, or simply having a quieter day at home - however the weekend looks for you, it’s a chance to step out of the usual routine.

Rest doesn’t have to be earned.

Wishing you a calm and easy Bank Holiday weekend and a Happy Easter to those who celebrate. 🐣

There’s something about warmer days and longer light that naturally shifts our energy. 😍

We’re getting more movement, more time outside, a little more space to breathe.

I find the best way to move into a new season is slowly:

🌼 Noticing the longer days
🌼 Spending a little time outside
🌼 Allowing your body to adjust to the change

Nature doesn’t rush the seasons, and neither do you have to.

You don’t always have to wait for a treatment to release tension.

If you notice your body holding stress, try this:

✨ Drop your shoulders
✨ Take one slow breath in
✨ Let the exhale be longer than the inhale
✨ Unclench your jaw
✨ Soften your hands

It only takes a few seconds, but it can help signal to your nervous system that it’s okay to slow down.

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind; it shows up in the body, too.

✅ Tight shoulders.
✅ Clenched jaws.
✅ Shallow breathing.
✅ That constant feeling of being “on”.

Massage works with the nervous system as much as it does with the muscles. Gentle, steady pressure helps signal to the body that it’s safe to slow down.

Over time this can help:
👉 Ease physical tension
👉 Calm the nervous system
👉 Improve sleep
👉 Support deeper relaxation

Sometimes the most helpful thing you can do is simply give your body the space to unwind - book your massage with me here:
