Today we celebrate the strength, softness, resilience and wisdom of women everywhere.
To the women who show up on the mat when life feels heavy.
To the women learning to rest, breathe and take up space.
To the women supporting each other, lifting each other and growing together.

Thank you, to all the amazing and wonderful students which have attended a class, circle or retreat. Your all amazing!

Massive thankyou to all the teachers who have chosen to make The Loft thier home. I'm so proud to share this space with you.

Heres to the next 6 months! 🥰

P.s I know I look shattered, its been a hell of a year, who thought a studio, a masters degree and major house renos was a good idea 🤔🤪

In the UK, 1 in 6 people will suffer from some form of mental health condition.

To me this statistic doesnt reflect the truth, there is a huge amount of people who dont reach out for support when they struggle.

Help to remove the stigma around mental health, ask your best friend, your collegue or neighbour how they are? And not just a token 'how do' a true connected 'how are You?' Offer a walk, a brew or a hug. You might just change someones day.

Here at the Loft, we welcome your vulnerability we wellcome you on your good days, on your Ok days on your, i just dragged myself out of bed days.
