Mounjaro Weight Loss Injection Information

The surgery has had several calls this morning following the news article about the Mounjaro weight loss injection.

NHS Lincolnshire ICB have supplied us with the following criteria for who is entitled to the weight loss injection.

The Criteria is a BMI of over 40 and four out of the five following medical conditions:

- Type 2 diabetes mellitus
- High blood pressure
- Heart disease
- Obstructive sleep apnoea
- Abnormal blood fats (dyslipidaemia)

If you do not meet this criteria and would like to receive advice and support in losing weight, please contact the surgery to book an appointment with a nurse so we can refer you to One You Lincolnshire.
