The remainder of day2 is left for you to occupy yourself and explore the surrounding area.
Agenda to be confirmed, but will hopefully will Consist of Guided medtation , Reiki teaching & practice session, spiritual guidance/ mediumship, yoga. Private 1_1opportunities to explore further what you are interested in(? donations tbc)

Add the essential oil you need, to the coloured pad, to carry it around all day, calming your mood, keeping you concentrated, or giving you energy.
Items can be collected or posted to you. Postage & packing is £3.95
Necklace choice of Hamsa hand or yoga poise , or OM sign, at £14.95 each.
Add your 10ml of essential oil for your requirements;
Try clary sage for relaxation,
Peppermint for energy , or
Rosemary to help you concentrate.
Necklaces are stainless steel.
