✨ The Foundation of Movement: Why Your SI Joint Matters More Than You Think ✨

The Sacroiliac (SI) joint connects your spine to your pelvis—it’s the core link in your body’s foundation.

If this joint is even slightly out of alignment, it creates a cascade of issues:

Changes Leg Position: Misalignment can cause one leg to appear functionally longer or shorter than the other, altering your gait (how you walk/run).

Altered Rotation: This shift forces your hip and knee to rotate incorrectly to compensate.

Increased Injury Risk: This compensation means muscles and joints that shouldn’t be working overtime are, drastically increasing the risk of secondary injuries like:

Chronic Hamstring or Groin Strains

Patellofemoral Pain (Runner’s Knee)

Achilles Tendonitis

Lower Back Pain

Don’t treat the symptom—fix the cause! Our specialised assessment can detect and correct SI joint misalignment to restore balance and protect your body.

➡️ Get Aligned. Stay Protected.

🌟 UPDATED PRICE LIST 🌟

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know about a slight price adjustment coming on September 1st.

Like many small businesses, we've seen a significant increase in the cost of our stock and utility bills. To ensure we can continue to deliver the high-quality services you expect and deserve, we've had to make a slight increase to our prices.

Our prices now also more accurately reflect the different skill set in each treatment session and are more in line with our industry and experience.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for continuing to support The Mews Clinic business. Your loyalty means the world!❤️

I am looking to introduce an appointment type which includes spinal manipulation only, as many clients just want a quick body reset and go without the massage!👌🏼

Holly will be offering Acupuncture from 1st October so this service will also be added then! The price will be £55!🤩
