✨ Ever Feel “Spaced Out” After a Treatment? ✨
Have you ever floated out of your appointment feeling a little dreamy, light, or “spaced out”?
First of all — that’s completely normal. 💆♀️💫
When your body finally switches out of fight-or-flight mode and into deep relaxation, your nervous system slows right down. Your brain waves shift, stress hormones drop, muscles release, and your whole system resets. That “spaced out” feeling is often your body saying: “Wow… I really needed that.”
For many people, that floaty, calm, grounded sensation is exactly why they come back. It’s not just about easing tight muscles, it’s about giving your mind and nervous system a proper break from constant stimulation.

If you talk throughout your treatment, your brain stays more alert and engaged. While there’s absolutely nothing wrong with chatting (this is your time!), it does keep you more in “thinking mode” rather than fully dropping into deep relaxation.
If your goal is complete switch-off, try:
• Staying present with your breath
• Letting your thoughts pass without engaging them
• Allowing yourself quiet space
• Trusting your body to soften
The deeper you allow yourself to settle into the moment, the more benefit you’ll often feel, physically and mentally.
