🕊️Sunday Reflection🕊️

I was so lucky to be able to visit Jerusalem some years ago- the experience just blew my mind. Certain places can leave such a lasting imprint on you, this remains etched in my mind.
I’m taking time to reflect on my travels so far and how they have helped shape me as a person. It’s also another way to remind myself how lucky I am, and gives me more reasons to be grateful.

I’ve always said travel and experiencing different cultures is such a wonderful way to educate yourself and I’ve been so lucky to have been able to travel far and wide in my previous career.

There are so many more places on my bucket list, but out of everywhere I’ve visited so far- this was one of the moist poignant places for me. Absolutely breathtaking.❤️✨

✨ New at Soulstice Healing – Virtual Reality Meditation Sessions ✨

From 16 January, Soulstice Healing will be offering Virtual Reality meditation sessions. This is calm, immersive experience designed to help you fully switch off and reset. I can’t wait to share it with you 💜I know my little person and I will get great benefits from it too. I have a few people who I’ve discussed this with- thank you so much for your encouragement, it means a lot to me.

Virtual reality meditation is science-backed, using guided environments to support relaxation, focus, and nervous system regulation. It’s a gentle way to experience what the future of meditation is beginning to look like.

This is a standalone session and will not be run alongside other sessions.

⚠️ Not suitable for:
Anyone with epilepsy or seizure disorders
Those who experience severe motion sickness or vertigo
Anyone who feels uncomfortable using VR headsets

✨ I’m so happy to share that I’ve now passed my Level 2 Reiki Practitioner course and am officially qualified to work with clients.✨

This journey has been one of deep self healing, trust, and listening to the quiet nudges of my soul. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to my wonderful friends and family who have supported me, encouraged me, and believed in me every step of the way. I’m eternally grateful to each of you for holding space for me as I follow my calling.

I’ll be opening my diary for Reiki sessions from 27th December. For those who already have vouchers, you’re very welcome to get in touch whenever you feel ready to book.
Reiki is a gentle, supportive practice, open to anyone, whether you’re continuing with your healing or quietly exploring something new. It’s a privilege to hold space and support each person in the way they need.
