Back from the gorgeously sunny and warm Tenerife and spent late afternoon yesterday moving all my belongings into my new therapy room at The Friary Business Centre in Newark. Roped my wonderful husband in to do the heavy lifting and ‘man jobs’ 🤭😆
I’ll spend today titivating it and working out what needs to be where. Ready to welcome you all from Monday 17th. 🥰

Today I’ve been to an organic aloe Vera farm in Tenerife. It was amazing. Really enlightening. And best of all it was actually free to wander around and you got a demo included which was really informative. Naturally I bought a lovely big bottle of the pure, organic, cold pressed aloe Vera to bring home with me. Perfect for skincare and aromatherapy facials. 🥰

As part of the Peri Meri Menopause Moments Project, we are hosting a Menopause Wellbeing Marketplace event in Market Rasen on

📅Wednesday 12th November 2025
⏰10am to 2pm
📍Festival Hall, Caistor Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3HT

There will be stalls promoting better sleep, aromatherapy, skincare, herbal remedies, sound baths and mindfulness, along with advice around keeping healthy, how to deal with addiction and the benefits of volunteering and much more besides!

The event is free to attend and there’s no need to register….just pop in throughout the day and browse the stalls at your leisure, have a chat and pick up some freebies! Not menopausal? Not to worry, you can still benefit from the health and wellbeing information on offer! 🤗

There will be free 30-minute sessions you can attend at different times during the day:


11.15am - Getting Better Sleep

12.15pm - Mindfulness and Meditation

1.15pm - Menopause Symptoms and You
