A snapshot of the first half of Aprils Availability and a gentle reminder that as of April 1st, there is a slight adjustment in prices. There's very limited availability left in March if you wanted to get an appointment in before the increase takes effect. Please do feel free to message if there’s a date you need and I'll see if I can make a plan.

I'm keen to reward loyal customers, therefore I will be introducing a New Loyalty Cards scheme, this will be available from the 1st April 2024, each time you have a treatment with me, and present your card, I will stamp/date it. On your 5th appointment you will receive a 25% discount off that treatment, & on your 10th appointment you will receive a 50% discount off that treatment.

Appointments prior to April 2024 / card-holder status will not qualify.

Please note it will be your responsibility to present this loyalty card at each appointment to gain a stamp, unfortunately if you do not bring your card you cannot claim the appointment at a later date, and any forgotten cards cannot be stamped next time and any lost cards will mean starting again from scratch, 𝒰𝓃𝓁𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝓎𝑜𝓊 𝓇𝑒𝓆𝓊𝑒𝓈𝓉 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 ℐ 𝓀𝑒𝑒𝓅 𝒾𝓉 𝒾𝓃 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇 𝒻𝒾𝓁𝑒 𝓉𝑜 𝓈𝓉𝒶𝓂𝓅 𝒶𝒻𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝑒𝒶𝒸𝒽 𝒶𝓅𝓅𝑜𝒾𝓃𝓉𝓂𝑒𝓃𝓉. 😃

Following on from yesterday’s post about the need to have a price increase effective from 1st April 2024. Here is the new price list.

Please note that limited 𝒶𝒻𝓉𝑒𝓇𝓃𝑜𝑜𝓃 𝓌𝑒𝑒𝓀𝑒𝓃𝒹 appointments are now available for emergency appointments 𝑜𝓇 for those that can 𝓉𝓇𝓊𝓁𝓎 𝓃𝑜𝓉 make an appointment during the week, Thank you.

Reminder: There’s a few appointments still available in March if anyone wants to get booked in before the price increase.

Those couple of deep breaths you're asked to take while I apply pressure to the solar plexus reflex, are for a reason. When we slow our breathing down and breathe more deeply we stimulate our vagus nerve and our heart rate and blood pressure reduces. Oxygen demand to the heart is reduced. The more we stimulate it, the more we can reduce stress as we reduce the effects of the sympathetic nervous system (S.N.S), our fight, flight mode.
