Weekend training

🌸This weekend I have started my Women’s Health Practitioner training for post partum Mum’s.

This course has focused on specific conditions, such as:
🪷Pelvic girdle pain
🪷Diastasis recti (tummy gap)
🪷Urine and Faecal incontinence
🪷Prolapse
🪷Overactive bladder syndrome

🌸Today’s training involves rehab and exercises to aid in recovery. As you can see, Pickles the kitten is joining in the training on the yoga mat.

🌸I will be able to offer a specialist postnatal assessment for both vaginal and C-section deliveries.

🌸This will include a one hour assessment of your posture, stomach muscles and pelvic floor muscles.

🌸Follow up appointments will include a bespoke rehabilitation plan, education and advice on recovery, a written report on all findings and integrated Osteopathic treatment.

🌸Specialised women’s health treatment available from April 24th 2023.
