Before you freeze it, burn it, or panic, try calming the skin first.
These gentle home remedies can soothe discomfort.

1️⃣ Warm Salt Water Soak - Add 1–2 teaspoons of salt to a bowl of warm water and soak your foot for 10–15 minutes.

2️⃣ Apple Cider Vinegar Dab - Mix 1 part ACV + 1 part water. Dip a cotton bud and gently dab only on the verruca.
Do NOT use on cracked or sensitive skin.

3️⃣ Garlic Paste (Natural Antiviral) - Crush one garlic clove into a paste and apply a tiny amount on the verruca ONLY. Cover with a small bandage for 20–30 minutes, then wash off.

4️⃣ Aloe Vera Gel - Apply pure aloe vera gel directly on the verruca. Leave it on; no need to wash off.

5️⃣ Wear breathable socks and shoes - Let your feet breathe. Opt for cotton socks and airy footwear to keep the area dry and clean.
