Slough Shakha - HSS UK

On Sunday the 9th Nov 2025, 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚 (𝐇𝐒𝐒 𝐔𝐊) had the honour of joining the Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service organised by Slough Borough Council.

It was a moment of pride and reflection as we stood together with the wider community to pay homage to all those from the 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 who made the ultimate sacrifice for peace and freedom.

We particularly remembered the 𝟑.𝟖 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬 who served with exceptional bravery during World War I and World War II - their courage and contribution remain an inseparable part of our shared history.

As part of our tribute, Slough Shakha proudly supports “𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝,” wearing marigolds as a mark of remembrance and respect for the fallen heroes. 🌼

Through 𝐬𝐞𝐰𝐚 (selfless service) and remembrance, we reaffirm our gratitude and unity with all who served.

Slough Abhimanyu Shakha & Sita Shakha Celebrated Raksha Bandhan Utsav with our Emergency services (Police, NHS & Fire brigade) along with Councillors of Slough Borough Council.

The message was simple, saying thanks to all those Emergency service personnel and say thanks to all their hard work.
