A new tradition we’ve introduced is dedicating Fridays to Movement and Hydration Day! This encourages our residents to stay active, exercise, and keep fit. It also brings plenty of smiles, as our staff love to dress up and make the sessions fun and engaging. This initiative is proudly led by our wonderful Falls Prevention Champion, Khushboo.

Those living with us had a lovely outing to Britwell Library/Hub for a Monday Coffee Morning. This was a great opportunity for them to get out into the community and interact with members of our community. We had lovely cups of tea, chatted to others, and even did some Arts and Crafts in the hub!

The History of Thunderbirds in Slough stems from 1960's when Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's AP films produced the series at the Slough Trading Estate.

Today we visited the Thunderbird Museum, which is 5 minutes away from Windmill Care Centre - a brand new exhibition celebrating 60 years of International Rescue on our TV screens!
