Once a month I do all my food shopping in one go. Getting everything I need, to keep me on a plan.

If you want to stay lean and healthy make sure your taking in enough healthy fats, from nuts, fish, fruits, i e avocados, coconuts, salmon, almonds.

Top up on vegetables to help feel satiated.

Get a good mix of meats like the occasional steak, chicken, lamb, white fish. They all have individual benefits, through their nutritional values.

Keep those potassium full bananas, oranges, apples, watermelons and the like.

These can all help bring in vitamins and fibre, that can aid you in maintain the a high functioning and lean appearance.

We all need challenges and we all need goals. The bit inbetween is the difficulties we come a cross but in actual fact, if taken as challenges, are just experienced as growing pains. Its a necessary antagonist. The greater the challenge, then the greater we must become. No challenge is greater then our potential for growth. Keep moving forward with an open growth mind-set

Easy ways to aid in fat loss in your every day life quick tips.

Water: Increase your water intake to help suppress appetite and remember don't drink your calories.

Activity: increase your activity level. For instance opt for the stairs rather than the escalator, or just choose to walk to work instead of taking a short drive in.

Distraction: many people eat purely out boredom or crastination. Find a hobby ,get into a book or eat fruit and veg to snack on instead of what ever the kids have left over from dinner.
