We have an incredible opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference. We are looking for people who have Lived Experience* for the following positions:

• Tier 2 learning disability co-trainer
• Tier 2 autism co-trainer

This is a unique opportunity to:
• Share life experiences and perspectives as a result of their diagnosis of autism or learning disability
• Contribute directly to improving care for people with autism and learning disabilities
• Delivering training alongside trainers

Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive three-day training course and will receive official qualification endorsement from NHS England. Upon qualification, individuals will be offered the role of Co-Trainer.

What is Lived Experience?
*Lived experience in autism refers to the personal, first-hand knowledge and perspectives of autistic individuals about what it's like to be autistic.
*Lived experience in learning disabilities refers to the personal knowledge and insights gained from having a learning disability.
