150lb lost and three members lost 1/2 stone in their 1st week.

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at The Dorothy Parkes Centre . Groups are at 9:30, 11:00, 5:30, 7:00
I've visited today and all local roads are clear (including side roads). Outside of the centre is gritted and the heating on. The kettle will be on tomorrow and there's free tea and coffee for members.

Exciting changes to our healthy plan are here ✨, and I can’t wait to share them with you 🤗.
We’re saying goodbye to Syns and introducing Swips, there's a brand new healthy fats choice – we're talking nuts, olive oil and yes, avocado 🥑🥜 to name a few! These changes have been made to make our healthy eating plan even more flexible than ever! Pop along to my group for all the details, trust me.... you’re going to love it!

Just wanted to say a big Thank you to The Dorothy Parkes Centre for opening the centre today, just for my Slimming World members. I know my members really appreciate the consistency of being able to attend group 52 weeks a year. Lots of people braved the scales today and have left with a plan of action for the week ahead. Plus they've got their hands on the brand new Slimming World book; packed with all they need to make those healthy lifestyle changes and smash their 2026 goals. Thanks again and Happy New Year
