📍 Mid Norfolk & Suffolk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Manager to join our well-established Domiciliary Care organisation. You’ll deliver inductions, Care Certificate training, and ongoing development for our Homecare teams, helping staff deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

The ideal candiate -
🔹 Training qualification (AET / PTTLS Level 3+)
🔹 Level 3 Health & Social Care (or higher)
🔹 Strong care sector experience (Mental Health, Dementia, LD, EoL)
🔹 Confident, adaptable, and passionate about developing others
🔹 Full UK driving licence
