Vinyasa Yoga
‘’Breath synchronized movement’’, this practice tends to be more dynamic and vigorous than some other styles of yoga, with lots of movement and very little rest between poses. Great for weight control, strength and flexibility. Be prepared to sweat! Hatha Flow
Is a gentle and slow paced yoga that provides a great introduction to some of the basic yoga poses. Fantastic for working out those knots and kinks after a long day at work. Great for beginners. Prenatal Yoga
Discover the physical and mental benefits of prenatal yoga during pregnancy. Many obstetricians and midwives recommend yoga while pregnancy. Practicing yoga can help to relax the mind, strengthen your muscles and bond with your baby while preparing for child birth. Yin Yoga

Take an hour just for you with our Monthly Yoga & Sound Bath Reset — a nourishing blend of mindful movement, breath, and deep rest.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to ease tension and restore balance, then drift into a soothing crystal bowl sound bath to settle into peaceful stillness during shavasana.

The days are getting shorter, the air a little crisper – the perfect season to slow down, stretch out, and flow with the breath. 🧘‍♀️

✨ Slow Flow – Otham Village Hall, ME15 8RN, Tuesdays 7pm.
A gentle, grounding practice to help you slow down and reconnect with your body and breath. Perfect for easing out tension, finding calm, and moving mindfully at your own pace. Ideal if you’re newer to yoga or simply want to soften into the week.

✨ Hatha Flow – Snodland, Malling Road, ME6 5QR Wednesdays 7pm.
A balanced practice combining strength, stretch, and stillness. Postures are held with awareness, allowing you to build alignment, focus, and steadiness. Great for building a strong foundation while finding clarity and calm midweek.

✨ Vinyasa Flow – West Malling Village Hall, ME19 6RW Saturdays 9am
An energising and uplifting class to start your weekend. Expect flowing sequences that connect breath with movement, build heat, and leave you feeling refreshed, empowered, and ready for the day ahead.
