There’s something truly special about putting pen to paper 💌

Today, our wonderful residents have been busy writing heartfelt pen pal letters to our sister home as part of our Prime Life community. From sharing memories and stories to exchanging a few laughs, these letters are the beginning of new friendships that go beyond walls and miles.

Moments like these remind us that connection has no age limit. We can’t wait to see these friendships blossom and the joy they’ll bring to everyone involved 💛

Say hello to our little superstar, Evelyn 🐾✨

Evelyn the cat has been back to visit, and as always, she stole the show! From gentle purrs to cosy cuddles, she brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and lovely moments to our residents.

We’re incredibly lucky that her wonderful owner, Charlotte, regularly visits us with Evelyn and her other amazing animals. These visits are always a highlight in our home and something our residents truly look forward to. The joy, comfort, and connection they bring is simply priceless 💛

Animal visits like these can spark memories, lift moods, and create such a warm, calming atmosphere—and it’s clear to see just how much they mean to everyone here.

Today we launched our brand new “5 Minutes of Fun” initiative 💛

Each day, we’ll be dedicating just five minutes to a simple activity designed to lift spirits, spark connection, and bring smiles to everyone — staff, residents, and families alike.

Today’s activity was all about kindness: taking a moment to tell the people around you your favourite things about them. The room was filled with warmth, laughter, and genuine appreciation. Seeing our residents light up with smiles as they heard such heartfelt compliments was truly special.

It’s amazing what a difference five minutes can make ✨
