A few years ago, I realized one simple truth: traveling isn’t a luxury—it’s essential self-care.🔆 At that time, I was exhausted from work, home responsibilities, and endless to-do lists. Feeling like I was «on the edge» ⚡️had become normal, and I desperately needed a break. So, we spontaneously booked a ticket to Turkey.
My first stop was a great spa hotel in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Every morning, I woke up to fresh mountain air, did yoga on the terrace, and then relaxed. It felt like I was coming back to life. That was the moment I realized how important it is not just to take time off, but to truly know how to rest.
Then came other destinations, other discoveries. On the island of Crete, I experienced a detox retreat for the first time. At first, it seemed like an extreme step—giving up familiar food and comforts—but by the end of the program, I felt so light and energized that it became a revelation for me.
It was during these travels that I truly understood how crucial it is for a woman to take care of her health and inner world. We often forget about it in the daily hustle. Traveling not only gave me new experiences but also a real chance to reset, restore balance, and find harmony.
Now, I make it a priority to regularly find time for myself by exploring different parts of the world. It’s not just a vacation—it’s an investment in my health, youth, and inner peace. 🏝️And each trip not only recharges me but also leaves me with priceless memories to share with loved ones.
