✨ Ekadashi: A sacred fast dedicated to Lord Vishnu, symbolizing inner cleansing, devotion, and spiritual growth.

🌿 The connection?
�Cows are deeply sacred to Lord Vishnu. His divine cow Kamadhenu emerged during the Samudra Manthan.
�And in his avatar as Lord Krishna, he became Govinda – the protector and beloved of cows.

✨ Chandi Yaag at Our New Home - A Divine Blessing ✨

In the sacred month of August, we were truly blessed to conduct the Chandi Yaag at our new home in Mumbai, under the divine guidance and presence of our revered Guru Shri Shivamji Maharaj. 🙏

On this auspicious occasion of Vijaya Dashami, a day that marks the victory of good over evil, we feel inspired to share a few glimpses of this powerful ritual.

The energy of the Yaag was transformative - sacred mantras reverberated through the space, and we were graced with the darshan of divine forms in the sacred fire (Agni). It was a moment where the spiritual and the tangible merged, reminding us of the eternal presence of the Divine.

We express our deepest gratitude to our Guru for leading us through this sacred path, and to the Universal Mother for her endless grace and protection. 🌺🔥

Yoga is much more than the practice of postures. The Vedas are considered the source texts of Yoga. A practice based approach to studying the Vedas is the ancient art of Veda recitation. Veda chanting is a powerful tool for discovering, expressing and influencing all dimensions of the human system.

The Veda Chanting course developed by Atman Yoga Consultancy (AYC) aspires to provide learning of important Veda mantras with detailed teachings, accurate pronunciation and guidance on how to practice at your own pace.

The certificate course is for 8 weeks starting from October 5th to November 23rd, 2025, Every Sunday 11am-12noon (UK Time) and 3.30pm-4.30pm (India Time)
