Running a small business can feel scary at times, you may feel overwhelmed and not sure how to plan out your time to help you protect your wellbeing.
My top tip is to plan in your non-negotiables, for a while when things got busy in life and business I didn’t, and realised that you can burnout quite quickly. So now I make sure that I put at least 2 days in the diary every week to take time out and do something for me or with my family.
I know how hard it can be stick to, it about putting your boundaries in place and this is why I include accountability as part of my mentoring support.
