Without a doubt this was me before I found and started working for spirit.

Bring perfect & perfection seemed to be my biggest driver, little did I know that it was my protection blanket and it had stopped working for me. I’d grown out of the need to please other people and put on ‘the show’ and now I need to find myself, my truth & what made me smile again

Finding you takes courage but it’s very worth the peace in the end.

20+ years ago now I was bullied so bad that at times I didn’t know whether I wanted to be here or not. 20+ years ago the understanding of bullying was very limited and whilst people tried to help nothing really ever made a difference and the hits kept coming.

Fast forward 25 years and yesterday I was put in a situation which took me right back to then and my dark days, the difference now is that I have knowledge & power and I will never let any bully every win again. Stand up & be counted!

Pity the people that have to use their power over you, for they are the ones that are truly desperate & they are the ones that will always be unhappy.

Everything comes full circle ♥️
