Waking up at 3 AM? 🕒 In Traditional Chinese Medicine, 1 AM to 3 AM is "Liver Time." If you consistently wake up then, your liver might be overloaded or stressed. Try eating dinner earlier, avoiding alcohol, and reducing stress to sleep through the night. Your body is talking to you.
