What an incredible 28 days it's been. I CAN believe that I'm sat here writing this. I'm eternally grateful for taking charge & creating amazing opportunities for Soulfuel. It's been an incredible journey since launching in September and I want to thank every single one of you for your individual support by pledging on this campaign. I would not be here right now if it wasn't for you. It's time for Soulfuel! Watch out Richard Branson...

Believing in yourself and following your dreams is a very a scary experience & I'm constantly telling myself why I chose to follow my passion and turn it into a business; 'I'm a hustler baby' ... I can't wait to welcome the next stage for Soulfeul. It's going to be a very exciting 12 months!

Today, Soulfuell have launched a crowdfunding campaign as part of Crowdfunder.co.uk and Go Daddy’s ‘What’s Your Idea?’ campaign. Soulfuel are now crowdfunding to raise £3,500 and by pledging on one of their rewards you’ll be helping them get to the next phase of working with a manufacturer in the UK to develop their smoothie and smoothie bowl products to sell into cafes, retailers and online.

Foods are scientifically shown to lift our spirits and these foods will make you feel good straight away 💪🏼 I like to call it happiness eating 😍 Dark chocolate not only provides immediate eating pleasure, but it has a high percentage of cacao, which has more antioxidant power than many other foods 🍫
Kale is an an excellent source of vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K and magnesium, and a good source of fibre. Kale is also high in copper, a mineral that works to support many vital functions and let's not forget about nuts! Walnuts contain cell-protecting antioxidants and are low in carbohydrates, which means they won't cause a spike in blood sugar and insulin. Insulin spikes are a reason people's moods drop particularly in the afternoon. They're also a good source of magnesium and having high levels of magnesium have been linked to reduced symptoms of depression 🌿 Can someone pass me some dark chocolate and kale for breakfast please ✌🏼

Thank you everyone for supporting my launch on crowdfunder. Soulfuel have reached it's first 10 pledges thanks to these amazing soul fuelers; Thank you Jenni Harrison, Muj Ali, Jade Alldridge, Bek Niblett, David O'Leary, Tom Mutton, Alice Hawkins, Vickie Ray, Sara Alam and Ben Davies - for some reason it won't allow me to tag you. I would love to invite you all to the product launch. Thank you so much I couldn't of done this without any of you. Here's to another 10 and another 10 and another 10.
