Have you noticed how many kids are wearing glasses these days? 👓

It’s not just a trend — short-sightedness is on the rise, and it’s starting younger than ever.

👁️‍🗨️ New research from Hong Kong found that kids with higher omega-3 intake were less likely to be short-sighted!

Omega-3s — the same healthy fats that support brain + heart health — might also protect young eyes.

I’ve always known how important omega-3s are for brain, heart + mood (I’ve given them to my kids + grandkids for years… not always willingly accepted 😂).

Most kids don’t eat enough oily fish — and now it seems their eyes might be paying the price.
