Anna’s yoga classes are light hearted and down to earth with an emphasis on having fun and figuring out what feels good for your body. There is no set style and instead she blends mobility training with traditional yoga poses to help you improve how well you move. All classes are open level and every age, gender and body is accepted. There will be options and variations of each pose to suit everyone meaning you can work and progress at a level that suits you. Yoga with Anna offers bespoke corporate yoga packages online and in person to businesses that understand that looking after the well-being of their employee's is essential to maintaining high performance standards.

With cases of depression and anxiety on the rise and the obesity epidemic showing no sign of slowing down, there’s never been a more pertinent time to invest in employee wellbeing.

At 'Yoga With Anna' we curate bespoke wellbeing solutions for your business which have been specifically designed to address the aches, pains, stresses and strains of corporate life. We currently offer yoga classes, mindfulness sessions and wellbeing presentations both online and in person as a one off session or regular class.

How to properly engage your core💪🏼

Having good ‘Abs’ is something a lot of people obsess over however, we all have 6 pack muscles, if they are visible it simply means you have a very low body fat percentage. Core stability on the other hand is the use of your core muscles (which includes your re**us abdominals, external obliques, internal obliques, transverse abdominals & erector spinae) to stabilise your spine and pelvis, protect your organs, keep you up right, and aid in explosive movements like sprinting or jumping.

A lot of ‘ab’ exercises only work your 6 pack muscles (re**us abdominals) and ignore all the others meaning you can have a 6 pack but, not be able to stabilise your spine whilst running, squatting or jumping, which poses quite the problem when training.

So how do we engage our core to help stabilise and support our training? Check out the video below to find out.

Alongside teaching yoga, Anna offers 1-2-1 Personal Training and Mobility Coaching, helping clients of all ages and abilities reach their goals safely and effectively.

Working closely with Achieve Physiotherapy, Anna supports clients through post-injury rehab, guiding them back to full movement and strength with correct form and a focus on long-term progress.

As a former gymnast and Gymnastics Strength Training Coach, Anna also works with CrossFit athletes who want to master skills such as pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand push-ups, and muscle-ups, breaking down each movement step by step to build strength and confidence.

🗓 Available in-person at Achieve Functional Fitness:
• Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays — 6:30am–1:30pm
• Tuesdays & Wednesdays — 12:00–7:30pm

Funday Friday 🎉

Throwing it back to where it all began dancing and flipping through rehearsals and stages as a young acrobat. Those early years taught me discipline, body awareness, strength, and the joy of movement… lessons I carry with me into everything I do today.

From performing under bright lights to now coaching in the gym, my mission remains the same: to help others move with confidence, creativity, and control.

Today, that passion lives through my Personal Training, Yoga, and Gymnastics classes, blending artistry with athleticism to help you build strength, skill, and self-belief.

If you want to join me for personal training I have 1-2-1 slots available on Monday & Friday mornings from 6:30am-1pm, Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons from 12:00-7:30pm and Thursday been 10-4pm.

Five years ago, Achieve opened its doors and I’ve been there since day one! It’s been an incredible journey watching this community grow stronger, braver and fitter together.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege to:

💪 Coach my legendary Over 60’s strength & fitness crew

🧭 And for the past year lead the team as Head Coach
