Anna’s yoga classes are light hearted and down to earth with an emphasis on having fun and figuring out what feels good for your body. There is no set style and instead she blends mobility training with traditional yoga poses to help you improve how well you move. All classes are open level and every age, gender and body is accepted. There will be options and variations of each pose to suit everyone meaning you can work and progress at a level that suits you. A gentler, calming session to release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling grounded and restored.

Funday Friday 🎉

Throwing it back to where it all began dancing and flipping through rehearsals and stages as a young acrobat. Those early years taught me discipline, body awareness, strength, and the joy of movement… lessons I carry with me into everything I do today.

From performing under bright lights to now coaching in the gym, my mission remains the same: to help others move with confidence, creativity, and control.

Today, that passion lives through my Personal Training, Yoga, and Gymnastics classes, blending artistry with athleticism to help you build strength, skill, and self-belief.

If you want to join me for personal training I have 1-2-1 slots available on Monday & Friday mornings from 6:30am-1pm, Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons from 12:00-7:30pm and Thursday been 10-4pm.

Five years ago, Achieve opened its doors and I’ve been there since day one! It’s been an incredible journey watching this community grow stronger, braver and fitter together.

Over the years I’ve had the privilege to:

🌿 Release Your Upper Trap Tension

If you spend a lot of your day sitting at a desk, driving, or working on a computer chances are your upper traps are feeling tight!

The upper trapezius muscles run from your shoulders up to the base of your skull, and they’re one of the most common areas to hold tension.
This happens for a few reasons:
Long hours sitting or working at a desk
Looking down at phones or screens
Stress and poor posture
Overusing the shoulders in certain exercises

When these muscles get tight, they can pull on the neck and contribute to tension headaches, stiffness, and that “hunched-up” shoulder feeling many of us experience after a long day.

In this video, I’m showing you a simple but effective way to release your upper traps using a massage ball💆‍♀️

It’s perfect to do after work or whenever you’re feeling tight helping your shoulders relax, your posture improve, and your body feel lighter.

If you struggle with recurring tension or discomfort in this area, I can help you reduce it long-term through a combination of mobility work, muscle release, and strength training/rehab techniques tailored to your body.
