Hello Facebonkers.
I wonder if you could do me a favour? Whenever you hear that someone is planning to get a cat or a dog, try to persuade them to adopt instead of buying from a breeder. There are so many beautiful, unlucky and forever-grateful pets who have been abandoned and deserve a good home. Never buy from a pet shop and always at least check out your local rescue centre. I bet you’ll fall in love. Thanks.

These were sent into our orthopod today. I wouldn't recommend this but it does show ingenious use of a single cassette. Anyone seen more than 8 images taken with one piece of radiographic film?
Any they got a VD pelvis on!

T2w transverse MRI images through the frontal sinus and brain of a dog with destructive rhinitis which had extended through the cribiform plate into the cranial vault. The dog also had an incidental chronic cerebellar infarct. I've used image fusion on osirix to merge the subtraction image with the T2w image. The red regions show contrast enhancement.

Three thoracic views of a 6yo M CKCS with a cough. So the dog has a left cranial lung mass at the level of the left cranial mainstem bronchus and multiple small nodules throughout the remainder of the lung lobes. In addition there's ill defined increase in opacity caudodorsal to the charina, a finding consistent with tracheobronchial lymphadenopathy. The interesting finding in these films is the linear branching mineral opacities just caudal to the cardiac silhouette and fairly midline on the DV consistent with bronchial microlithiasis. A finding usually of no significance and related to chronic lower airway disease or previous lower airway insult.
