Elite Assistance Limited is growing and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to join our outstanding team in the Solihull borough.

We pride ourselves on employing exceptional carers, and we recognise this by offering higher-than-average pay rates within the sector:

• £12.40per hour (weekdays)
• £13.00 per hour (weekends)
(Rates apply after successful induction)

About the Role;

Our mission is to support people affected by illness or disability who choose to remain living independently in their own homes. Every call is different, and no two days are the same, this is a role for someone who enjoys variety and rising to new challenges.

You’ll be joining a small, privately owned care business where every team member is valued.

We’re looking for people who are:

• Compassionate and professional
• Positive, flexible, and reliable
• Friendly, approachable, and proud of the care they provide

Hours Available

From a few hours per week up to full-time
Work available across 24 hours, including days and nights
Minimum availability of 4-hour daytime shifts
Night shifts are 9 hours
All team members must contribute to evenings and weekends

(This role is not suitable for those seeking weekday 9–5 hours)
