We have some great stories of progression from clients this year. None of them were confident of doing it on their own in a gym environment. So they looked for a more personalised route - something that was specific to them. And they got stronger , fitter and healthier.

But you can see the weight shift from one hip to another on his deadlift.

He felt it “more on one side”

An exercise program should be more than “hard”. It should focus on your capability of each training element. Mobility , stability , strength and power .

That’s how you can continuously stay in control of your body.

We do personal programs to help people get stronger, healthier and fitter - part of that is helping them over come old injuries or ni**les.

Most people don’t think these pains can be fixed! They think it’s something we just have to work around - that is rarely the case.

They just need the correct exercises to help them build a solid base of strength , mobility or stability. This can take some time - but is a much better option than joining a gym and not having a clue what you are doing. Which is most people!

Training is a science - it’s not something you should guess!

This starts with small weights , but everyone has the ability to move heavier weights and you should challenge your body to do this!

When we started back in February everyone who joined was in that “ i don’t like the gym” mindset.

They were all complete beginners.

For some they never had been the for very long , others had given it a go but nothing stuck.

After 6 months we are seeing some incredible progress. People squatting with their body weight on their back!

Fixing injuries, Progressing their weights, moving better , getting faster and fitter each week.

Most importantly all of them have made their health & fitness a lifestyle.

The right approach is so important for consistency.
