We speak to many people each week who have the desire to get fit and healthy but have a negative experience of what gym is.
- I don’t like the environment
- Too many egos
- Too many people throwing weights around
- I get stuck waiting for the machines
- It was too hard
The most common reason people say is “I don’t know what to do when I’m there”
All of this leads to a resistance of actually going to the gym - and certainly being consistent and getting a result out of it.
We focus on helping people learn the basics of exercise. To understand how your body moves and feels . To strengthen what’s weak, and correct what’s out of alignment.
Once this happens everything feels easier - and this has to be specific to your body.
Your program should not be something 10 other people are doing it should be based on what your body needs around flexibility, stability, strength and mobility.
