Starting an exercise program shouldn’t be a wild attempt at an intense class. It should be about assessing what your body needs.

Every person needs to strengthen their body, and that should be the focus of the exercise, but we must make sure we are doing the right exercise for that individual .

From that you feel better because your body works more efficiently. On the flip side doing wild classes with weak muscles is like pushing something up hill.

Muscles need to be trained in the right way,so they understand how to work properly.

Otherwise you fatigue quicker, feel low on energy , have joints that hurt or certain moves that don’t feel right.
