A day full of help advice and support for menopause. It was an honour to deliver the sound bath and to share the amazing benefits sound healing brings us. 💫 It was wonderful to see so many new people taking part in their first sound bath.

Gongs, crystal bowls, shamanic drumming, the beautiful Khosi chimes and more all lead us through a magical Journey Of Sounds 💫 helping to support us mentally, physically and spiritually 💫

We welcome Autum and all it brings, new plans, new changes and cosy evenings. 🍂🍁 Myself and Abbey from HarmoniWell - Solihull are really looking forward to being back together after our summer break for our next candlelit Yoga Sound Bath class.
We will really look forward to seeing you all and delivering some lovely gentle calming Yoga supported by the magic of sound 💫
