We're on the hunt for 4 more ladies or gents to get involved in our 6 week PT biggest loser challenge.

For just £15.00 a session, you can train with a friend, and compete too... the biggest looser after 6 weeks will receive a refund of their class fees.

Sessions will include:
☆Body stats analysis for % fat, muscle, hydration levels
☆Nutritional analysis and advice
☆Weekly progress review
☆Home training programme

Every Thursday morning at 10.30am for 6 weeks, starting on the 18th October at Cheswick Green Village Hall.
