This New Year's ritual embodies cleansing, renewal, and the power of manifestation.

Get a bowl of salt water 💧 write down any negative feelings or experiences, place this into the bowl.

🌕Sit in the moon light or imagine this beaming from your third eye. Start by breathing and grounding yourself

🕯Light a white candle for hope and guidance, write down your aspirations on another paper for the New Year, focus on positive goals ✨️

🪬Hold the paper, look into the candle and say;

♾️"With this light I ignite my dreams, may the salt water cleanse and the fire beam guiding my path in the year to come. Let my intentions and reality become as one".

🧘‍♀️ Meditate for 10-15 mins, feel the negativity washing away and bring in the positive new energy and the flow of abundance. Brush away the old, in with the new.

🌟When you're ready to open your eyes, you will feel energised and refreshed and focused.

Pour the bowl of salt water into the ground.

Take the paper with your intentions and keep in a safe place as a reminder.

Each person moves through these stages in their own rhythm, determined by their date of birth and the Universal Year. The numbers provide structure, but the Karmic content is what actually happens comes from your individual soul pattern.

In truth, the nine-year cycle originates from numerology. It is a numerical rhythm based on the energetic sequence of the digits one to nine. Each representing a distinct phase of creation and growth. But because numbers mirror natural law, these same stages also echo the Karmic process of birth, experience, and release.
