Thank to everyone who attended last night's Sound bath at Drayton Village Hall. It was truly magical to be in the presence of such beautiful energy. I would especially like to thank Clare for her breath-taking seasonal arrangements.
I look forward to welcoming Jen, an experienced meditation guru to lead us into our next soundbath on 27th November.

🍂 AUTUMN FLOW & SOUND - FRIDAY 7th NOVEMBER - BOOKING IS NOW OPEN 🍂

COME AND JOIN US in the beautiful School Rooms, Curry Rivel, for a nourishing retreat day designed to restore balance and ease as we journey through the heart of autumn.

We will begin with a ginger shot welcome drink before gently arriving into the body through mindful stretching, followed by a Pilates class suitable for all levels. This session will focus on balance, mobility, and posture — supporting you in finding ease of movement and a deeper connection between body and mind as the season shifts.

We will then pause for a nourishing lunch together at the Firehouse, before returning to the old school room to close our retreat with a deeply restorative 90-minute sound bath guided by Gemma.

Allow yourself to completely unwind as the soothing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls, shamanic and ocean drums, and delicate chimes wash over you — bringing deep calm, harmony, and renewed energy.

A day of movement, relaxation, and connection in a truly beautiful setting
