Here is a little reminder of what is on weekly at the beautiful bear.
The rain is here for a little while longer but those spring signs are arriving daily now ☺️✨
This week we are finally getting back into planting spring flowers, saying hello to wiggle worms and getting ready to sew some seeds in the green house.
So grab your waterproofs, wellies and those all important snacks and come and start the day in nature.

The nature kitchen is one of my favourite little areas, filled with nature treasure and winter potion ingredients.
I find it’s so important to keep topping mud kitchens up with wild bits, new mixing sticks and letting nature give it a sprinkle of seasonal magic to help the imaginative play flow.

Then after a chilly play outside, returning in for a hot chocolate and a snuggle on the sofa. Joy! ❄️✨

I can’t quite believe that I have just stepped into the 5th year of the beautiful bear, what a gorgeous journey it’s been! ❤️✨

So here is a little reminder of the weekly time table for you and your little people to enjoy, I’m excited to be welcoming all the little woodland babies and their beautiful mothers back on the 5th of Jan, all other sessions will start back from the 12th of Jan ❤️

I’m also offering a new retreat ‘late winter’ - closing of the bones group ceremony’ ( 6 places only)

I have also placed the option to book a loved one in for an individual closing of the bones ceremony as a gift, this is ideal for new mums in their first 40 days or a moment to mark a stage in your mothering journey, finding yourself or menopause.

You now have the option to book the seasonal retreats yourself as a payment plan or it can be booked as a gift card at full price and this includes a hand painted gift card sent to your loved one.

It’s time to get the layers out!

Grab a cup of tea, get comfy and tune into what I have learnt over the last 9 years of keeping my children warm, dry and comfortable when playing outside.

Getting outside each day is so important for yours and their wellbeing, but there is nothing worse than cold hands and toes, wet clothes or the inability to actually move!

This is a longer video than normal, but hopefully worth the time investment ☺️🌦️☃️☔️

Come and join me on the 21st of December for your Winter’s Rest Retreat.

The fabulous will be joining me again to host an afternoon, early evening of winter magic.

Our bodies are calling us to slow down, get comfy and rest.

Along with seasonal wild wisdom, nature treasure, craft and nourishing food,
you will be guided by Lizzie, listening to your bodies needs. Then, like a wintering cocoon, I will wrap you in rebozos and blankets, lulling you with ancient sounds..
