✨ A Huge Thank You to Ryan Parker from ! ✨

Yesterday at our Community Café in Grays, which we proudly run for the local community, we were honoured to welcome Ryan to our Christmas party. He brought along a beautiful California kingsnake that he recently rescued, making the day extra special.

Ryan took so much time to speak with our attendees about his incredible conservation work, sharing his knowledge of wildlife, his personal experiences, and the difficult realities of unethical animal breeding.

His passion, kindness, and dedication to protecting animals truly inspired us all. Thank you, Ryan, for educating our community and helping us connect with nature in such a meaningful way. 🐍💚🌍

We also enjoyed pass-the-parcel and other fun activities, filling the café with festive joy and excitement for everyone who attended. 🎄✨

Come join us on SUNDAY 7TH December for our Christmas community café supporting The London Autism Group Charity.

We will have a special guest speaker discussing exotic animals, conservation and protection. He will be bringing along a friendly snake and his playful dalmatian.

We will also have some fun games and activities suitable for everyone to join in.
Such as:
Paint your own Christmas ornament
Pass the parcel (fidgets and snacks)
Board games
Table top games
Card games
Quiz games

There will also be an assortment of snacks and drinks available.

It is free to attend, and everyone is welcome! feel free to share with family and friends.

Continue with intention.
Know who you are — not in reaction to others, but in quiet alignment with your truth.
Walk with pride, not because the world always understands,
but because you do.

Your light was never meant to be small enough to fit inside someone else’s comfort.

We have a variety of rooms available to rent for therapy, healthcare & holistic therapies. on either a adhoc basis, or option for day/monthly.

We have reception space, staff and client toilets, kitchen and a plant room waiting area/chill area.

Our space is comfortable and welcoming. We often get compliments on the energy of the space and it's uniqueness. There are options to get involved in peer supervision work, research and cpds.
