In Loving Memory of Jeffrey Liversidge

Jeff, of Stockingate in South Kirkby, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Saturday 8th November, aged 73.

Son of the late Nora and Geoff, and son in law of the late Noreen and Den. Devoted husband of Jay. Cherished dad of Lee, Jon, Steven, Jack and Chelsea. Adored grandad of his 8 beautiful grandchildren. Also a much loved brother, father in law and brother in law who will be missed by all who knew him.

Jeff’s funeral service will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Wednesday 26th November at 9.40am.

Family flowers only please. Donations to the Palliative Care Team are welcome in lieu of flowers. A collection box will be available at the exit of the crematorium after the service.

Following the service Jeff’s family would like to invite all who knew him to join them at the South Kirkby Cricket Club. Refreshments will be available.

In Loving Memory of Carole Nicholson

Carole, passed away peacefully at Pinderfields hospital on Saturday 25th October, aged 84. Devoted Wife to the Late Sam, Loving Mam of Ian and Lee, Adored Sister of Late Betty, Cherished Nanna to Hayley, Laura and Zoe. Carole was loved by many and will be missed by all.

Carole’s funeral service will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Friday 28th November at 1pm. The family respectfully request formal dress code and family flowers only please. Donations to Stroke association and Prince of wales hospice are welcome in lieu of flowers. A collection box will be available after the service.

In Loving Memory of Stephen Wray

Steve, of Marshall Drive in South Elmsall, passed away whilst on holiday in Tunisia, on Monday 20th October, aged 68.

A devoted husband of Lesley. Cherished dad of Stuart, Aaron, Claire and Samantha, and father in law of Lee. Much loved brother of Stan, Brian and the late David, and brother in law of Ann, Marilyn and Jane. Also, an adored grandad of Kacey, Olly, Darcie and Georgina. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Steve’s funeral service will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Wednesday 19th November at 1pm.

Attendees are invited to wear either Chelsea FC shirts or an item of royal blue clothing.

In Loving Memory of Denise Jones

Denise, of 93 Wakefield Road, Sharlston, passed away at The Prince of Wales Hospice, Pontefract on 29th October, aged 78

A beloved wife of the late George Allan Jones, and Partner to David Owen. Cherished mum of Jonathan and Samantha. Adored grandma of Tom, Beth, Evie, Milly, Megan and Ruby. And a much loved great grandma of William, Oliver and Romy. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

Denise’s funeral service will take place at St John’s Church in Wentbridge on Wednesday 19th November at 10.30am. Followed by the burial at Ackworth Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations to the Prince of Wales Hospice are respectfully requested in lieu of flowers in appreciation for the outstanding care they provided Denise towards the end of her life. A collection box will be available at the exit of the church.

In Loving Memory of Bob Harford

Bob, of Anston Drive in South Elmsall, passed away peacefully on the 29th October, aged 80 years.

A loving Husband to Jane, cherished Dad to Rich and Em, beloved Grandad to Freds and Sonny, special brother and brother-in-law to Marilyn and Lee, dear uncle to Debs, James, Bailey and Marnie and a great friend to many. Bob will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Bob’s funeral service will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Monday 24th November at 11:40.

Bob had a lifelong passion for grassroots football, both as a coach and as a supporter. Bob was especially proud of his grandson’s team, the West End Terriers. In his memory, the family welcomes donations to the team he cared for so deeply.

In Loving Memory of Neil Kirkham

Neil, of Westfield Lane in South Elmsall, passed away peacefully on Saturday 25th of October after a brave but short battle with cancer at the age of 69.

A devoted partner to Colleen. A cherished dad, a much loved Grandad, brother,uncle and friend.

Neil’s funeral will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Friday 21st of November at 11am.

Family have asked for the colour red to be worn but no Man Untied shirts as we all know Neil was a massive Liverpool fan.
