A polite reminder that the back of our premises is private property.

We’ve had a number of people wander down to where we keep our private ambulance and our rear access over the past few days.

Due to the sensitive nature of our business and the privacy and respect required we’d request that people do not enter the area.

Also, the road and entrance to the area is not a parking place and must be kept clear 24 hours a day so we can get our vehicles in and out at short notice.

CCTV does cover the entire area.

In loving memory of Hilda Bugge

Hilda, of Grove Mount, South Kirkby, passed away on 19th March, aged 80.
Loving wife of Harold, much loved mum to Paul, Mark and Julie, cherished grandma to Glenn, Lee, Laura, Grace and Lily, and great-grandma to Lucas, Darcie and Lottie.
She will be dearly missed by her loving family and all who knew her.

Hilda’s funeral service will take place at 11:00 on Wednesday 15th of April at St Luke’s Church, followed by committal at Carr Lane Cemetery.

Donations to Macmillan are welcomed in lieu of flowers. A donation box will be available at the exit of the Church.

Following the service, the family warmly invite all who knew Hilda to join them at the Cricket Club in South Kirkby where refreshments will be available.

Bill, of Waggon Lane in Upton, passed away peacefully at home on Friday 20th March, aged 77.

Beloved husband of Wendy, cherished dad of Ashley and Lynn, and a special grandad to Jake, Danielle and Joby. Dear father-in-law and grandfather-in-law to Kath, Kyle and Molly. Proud great-grandad of Jaxson, Tommy and Finley. A special uncle to Sharon and Deniz, Bill was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.

Bill’s funeral service will take place at 12:00 pm on Thursday 16th April at North Elmsall Church, followed by committal at Hemsworth Cemetery.

Family flowers only, please. Donations to the Prince of Wales Hospice are welcomed in lieu of flowers. A donation box will be available at the exit of the Church.

Following the service, the family warmly invite all who knew Bill to join them at the Crows Nest in Upton where refreshments will be available.

Dot, of Grove Drive in South Kirkby, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 14th March, aged 79.

A devoted wife of Terry. Cherished mum of Donna, Hayley and Terri. A much loved grandma of Rebecca, Caitlin, Alicia and Sam and Danielle. And great grandma of Jax, Alfie and Sonny. Dear sister of Jose and Sylvia. Loved and adored by all she will be deeply missed.

Dot’s funeral service will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Tuesday 14th April at 12.20pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations to Pancreatic Cancer UK are welcome in lieu of flowers. A collection box will be placed outside the crematorium chapel after the service.

Loving Wife to the late Bernard Roberts. Cherished Mum to Beverley. Special Grandma to Stephanie and Neil. Treasured Great Grandma to Ava and Oliver. Iris was also a dearly beloved Auntie and friend and will be missed by all who knew her.

Iris’s funeral service will take place at 11am on Monday 13th of April at Pontefract Crematorium.

Elizabeth, better known as ‘Betty’, ‘Mrs J’ or the ‘Poppy Lady’, who passed away after a short illness at Pinderfields hospital on 10th March aged 96.

A greatly loved wife of the late Peter Johnson, Mum to Allan (deceased), Brian and Carole, Mother-in-law, Grandma and Great-Grandma. She will be dearly missed by all members of her family and all who knew her.

Family would like to request that a poppy or a red item be worn in honour of Betty by attendees of the funeral service which will take place at Pontefract Crematorium on Monday 30th March at 11.40am.
