Huge shout out to Angel ๐Ÿ‘!

Starting at 69.6kg on May 3rd, she's worked incredibly hard to get down to 59kg! That's a total loss of 10.6kg (1 stone 10 lbs) ๐ŸŽ‰. All whilst finishing her masters, taking further courses and travelling for her new role in medical research.

Angel's dedication to her tailored training and diet plan is paying off.

From an accomplished Agile Project Management Coach to now embarking on a personal trainer journey, Belinda has been nothing short of inspirational. Since February 22nd, 2023, she's committed herself to reaching her goals and the results speak for themselves - an impressive loss of 17.7kg (2.78 stones)!

Belinda's had tried in the past, but this time, with the right guidance and the added accountability, sheโ€™s achieving her goal. As she puts it, "I've always wanted to make these changes. This time, I was ready, and having someone to answer to kept me on track."

"When in a calorie deficit, I've swapped rice for cauliflower rice!โ€ ๐ŸŒพ

๐Ÿš With little difference in taste ,it helps maintain her macros and calories. For example, 100g of cooked rice has around 130 calories and 28g of carbs, whereas the same amount of cauliflower rice only contains about 25 calories and 5g of carbs! ๐Ÿ˜ฎ That's a significant difference!

You can also add seasoning. Deficit is about choices. Yes you can keep rice in, but if you want to eat more volume this is a great alternative! ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿ’ช "

Hey all,
With Club Gym Wellness growing and now operating 2 facilities Iโ€™ve reduced the amount of PT I sessions I deliver each week. (Donโ€™t worry current clients, you are safe ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚).

But what that will mean is that iโ€™ll be unable to take on any new clients until slots open up. This could be anywhere up to 3 months away.

For any future clients that i take on iโ€™ll be prioritising people who are ready to go all in for a 12-16 week period in order to see a dramatic change. After that time youโ€™ll be shown how to come out of a cut and maintain your progress. Results will be the full focus for that 3-4 month period. Thatโ€™s the future of my 1-2-1.

However, the main thing I wanted to announce today is my new website.

For anyone who canโ€™t train in person with me, Iโ€™ll be creating โ€˜pay as you useโ€™ training and diet plans that can be purchased on my website. Once purchased youโ€™ll be added to my app with your chosen plan.

Theyโ€™ll be 6 week training plans that get progressively harder and be themed using classic training techniques with tutorial videos. Youโ€™ll train away at them on your own with a check in once a week.

There is no recurring payment and no tie-in - you buy as you need. If you enjoyed it and you want to go again, you buy the next training plan.

These online plans are designed for a gym goer who already has some knowledge of training but needs guidance or wants a plan to take their training to the next level.

Over time Iโ€™ll also release home training plans and diet plans with set calorie and macro values.
Iโ€™ll basically be building it so that you can log on, buy the bit you need to improve on without being tied into anything else.

Itโ€™s still early days but check it out.
